Delete your Music Trainer Tools account without installing the app. Verify your username and password, then confirm permanent deletion.
5. Your choices and deletion
After verification, your account profile (including username, optional email and phone, and password hash) and associated practice records are permanently deleted from the service database immediately. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.
Local preferences and offline content on other devices are not remotely erased. Sign out or remove app data on those devices if needed.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
Training, metronome, music theory and tuning work without signing in. Creating an account requires a username and a password stored as an irreversible hash; email and phone are optional. For signed-in users, we store practice type, duration, date, accuracy, account identifier and last sign-in time.
2. How we use information
We use this information for authentication, practice history synchronization and display, service security, support, sheet music and training. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.
3. On-device data and third parties
The sign-in token and preferences are stored on your device. The tuner uses the microphone only after you start tuning and grant permission. Audio is processed in memory, never saved to files or uploaded; capture stops when you leave the page or background the app. Components include Flutter, SharedPreferences, SQLite, Path Provider, audio playback, record and Google ML Kit. Music theory translations are bundled; ML Kit does not receive your password or practice records.
4. Transfer and retention
Account and practice data is transferred over encrypted HTTPS. We retain it only as needed to provide the service and meet security, dispute-resolution or legal obligations.
5. Your choices and deletion
Email and phone are optional. You can sign out or choose Delete account on the Profile page. After password verification, your account details and practice records are immediately deleted from the service database and the local sign-in token is cleared.
6. Children and contact
This app is not designed to collect children’s personal information. For privacy, data access or deletion questions, use the support contact listed on the app’s store listing.
